Assistant Store Manager

• Manage and deliver stores/outlets sales performance.

• Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.

• Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.

• Analyzing customer traffic, store promo and making sales report and sales planning and effectively communicate with head office to ensure the smooth operation of the store Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.

• Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.

• Perform opening and closing duties as needed

• Maintain service excellence towards customer

• Able to communicate sales goals to each team member

• Able to maintain highest level of customer service and complaint handling

• Able to prepare detailed report & comprehensive analysis for managers

• Able to manage a team of sales associate with strong teamwork skill
