Scubaspa ZEN - a leading provider of luxury travel services - is in search of an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. Here is an exciting opportunity for an experienced bartender with a proven track record of creating and serving exceptional drinks.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.

2. Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.

3. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.

4. Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.

5. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

6. Developing new cocktail recipes.

Requirements:

1. Proven minimum 1 year working experience as a Bartender

2. Proficiency in making different types of coffee, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc…

3. Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

4. POS literacy

5. Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

6. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

7. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

8. Relevant training certificate

9. Proficiency in English.

10. Willingness to live on the boat for 11 months with 1 month paid holiday per year.

11. Experience working on Liveaboard boats (is a plus)

Compensation: Competitive salary package based on experience - Starting from 7,000,000 Rp. Gross. Benefits package includes health insurance (BPJS), THR, tips and more.
