Bookkeeper & Office Support

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience

Job Description:
  • Process and record daily payments

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial transaction records, including maintaining balance reports

  • Manage office petty cash

  • Assist in processing invoices related to office facilities, stationery, and project-related purchases

  • Provide general office support (e.g., scheduling AC maintenance, WIFI maintenance)

  • Collaborate with the Head of Accounting and Purchasing Team to support payment processes

  • Monitor and record all inventory movements; maintain daily logs of incoming and outgoing items

  • Participate in stocktaking activities, including photographing items and submitting records for fixed asset documentation
