Were also preparing to build a new business of Sports Community Center, and a Resort concept of Healing.
Responsibilities : - Check-in/Check-out: Manage guest arrivals and departures.- Reception: Handle inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins.- Room Assignments: Allocate rooms, manage room keys, and ensure cleanliness. - Guest Services: Provide information on amenities, local attractions, and events.- Maintenance Requests: Coordinate repairs and maintenance.- Front Desk Management: Supervise front desk staff.- Reservation Management: Oversee booking processes, cancellations, and no-shows.- Guest Communication: Respond to emails, messages, and reviews.- Reporting: Generate occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction reports.- Data Entry: Update guest information, room inventory, and rates.- Guest Relations: Resolve complaints, address concerns.- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze guest feedback.- Service Recovery: Implement corrective actions.- Guest Engagement: Organize events, workshops, and community activities.- Community Building: Foster a welcoming environment.- Payment Processing: Manage transactions, invoices, and refunds.- Revenue Management: Optimize room rates, occupancy.- Budgeting: Monitor front office expenses.- Accounting: Reconcile daily transactions.- Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk staff.- Shift Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules.- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate front desk operations.- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to coliving policies.- Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety protocols.- Quality Control: Monitor cleanliness, amenities.- Compliance: Adhere to local regulations, laws.- Marketing Support: Assist with promotional activities.
Required qualifications :
1. Minimum of 3 year of experience in the same position.2. Strong understanding of front office and housekeeping management.3. Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills.4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.5. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.6. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.7. Highsenseofurgencyandagility.
Preferred qualifications :
1. A bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field.2. Experience working in a multinational company.3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.5. Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.6. Experiences in the Front Office & Housekeeping Management is a plus.7. Bali Based.
