Human Resources And General Affair
Key Responsibilities :
Develop & implement HR strategies alined with company goals.
Recruitment Management : Recruitment, onboarding, evaluation and retain talent.
Employee Development : Training programs, staff education, job description implementation , evaluation system and career patways.
Ensure compliance & legal obligations. Managing activities to fulfill the companys legal aspects, review contracts, create SOP, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with Indonesian labour laws and internal HR policies.
Create & promote a positive work environment & professional work culture include conflict resolution.
Handle payroll administrative functions include the data base.
General administrative functions & assist with specific financial responsibilities ( asset & facilities, subscription etc ).
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelors degree in law / legal, psychology or industrial relations.
Minimum 5+ years experience in HRGA Management.
Excellent understanding of Indonesian labour law and modern HR practices.
Fluent in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficient in HR Tools and other administrative tools ( Microsoft Office, HRIS, Google Workspace etc).
HR certification is a plus.
