Vacanty Position

1. Brand Mentor/Brand Leader:
   Role Summary: The Brand Leader / Brand Mentor is responsible for building and leading a dynamic sales team. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to achieve consistent and measurable sales results.

   Brand mentor: 6juta-13juta
   Brand Leader: 8.5juta-15.5juta

2. Education Consultant
   Role summary: As an Education Consultant, you will be the face and voice of PT Kunkwan Mandarin Indonesia, responsible for presenting our Mandarin programs to potential students. Youll engage in sales presentations, guide students through the enrollment process, and support them post-sign-up to ensure a smooth experience.

   Salary: 6juta-20juta

3. Chief Leader
   Role Summary: To lead Brand leader and brand mentor in dynamic sales team.This role focuses on recruiting, training, and mentoring team members to achieve consistent and measurable sales results.

   Salary: 12juta-67juta

Qualification
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in leadership, team management, sales, or marketing.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic online marketing is an added advantage.

• Must possess own Laptop/PC for daily operations.

• Preferably female applicants with a proactive attitude and commitment to performance.

• Ability to speak MANDARIN is an advantage.**

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

(Must be available on weekends as scheduled)
