Business Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Assistant to join the team at PT Cloudun Technology Indonesia, a dynamic technology company based in South Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team, enabling them to focus on driving the business forward. What youll be doing

1. Maintaining executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

2. Preparing agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and events

3. Managing and prioritising correspondence, including email, phone, and written communication

4. Providing general administrative support, such as filing, document management, and data entry

5. Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

6. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What were looking for

1. Qualifications:

   1.      Fluent in both Chinese and Indonesian; Good at cross-team communication.

   2.      Bachelors degree or higher, with exceptional communication skills.

   3.      Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
