- Understand how to get people to collaborate and drive tangible progress in a complex environment;
- Ability to adapt without frustration and thrives to seal the deal;
- Lead and drive pipeline generation activities in selected strategic accounts accross all industries;
- Able to work in a team, coach and support other team members in achieving goals.
- Experience in Project Management and Coordination as an implementation;
- Business Development experience is a must. Preffered in Tech company;
- Organized, productive and helpful;
- Knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure and/or Solution Architect is advantage;
- Excellent presentation and communication skiils;
- Strong relationship - building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels;
- Result oriented mindset with a "hunter" mentality and curiosity to discover new opportunities.
- Bachelor Degree is a Must, preferred in IT/SI
