MECHANICAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Manage and lead mechanical engineering team

2. Create project schedule and monitoring on going projects

3. Create BOQ estimation for mechanical department

4. Preferably experienced in CPO Mill & Biogas KCP project

5. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications

6. Review of project planning, scheduling and monthly progress reports

7. Identify and manage risks to ensure projects are on time

8. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

9. Experience in regulatory aspects of EPC Projects

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION :

1. Bachelors degree qualified candidate with a technical or engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical engineering)

2. Having more than 10-15 years experience in the related fields

3. Fluent speak and written in english

4. Good communication, leadership, planning and mentoring skills

5. Excellent time management

6. Mastering and understanding the process of processing activities at the KCP & Biogas project

7. An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in building culture

8. Prefer to join the company immediately

9. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Head Office/Site Project

10. Available to work outside Jakarta in usual hours when required (weekend, evening, public holidays)
