We create collaborations with companies or business owners to execute marketing services with dedicated and experienced team members to craft your company brand image and meet your expectations.

Project Coordinator (Hybrid, Prefer in Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain & create project schedules.

• Schedule meetings.

• Record important decisions made in meetings.

• Prepare progress reports.

• Create progress presentations for clients and management.

• Make sure that team members, meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates & with 1 year of work experience are welcome.

• Prior experience as a project specialist or a similar position.

• Communicative, strong logic, analytical thinking, and passion for marketing and business development approach.

• Ability to create and manage budgets.

• Can create presentations through Canva.

• Excellent planning and time management skills.
