As a Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) Specialist, you will:

  • Analyze market data (category, trends, share, growth) from various sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor, Google Trends, etc.

  • Understand consumer behavior and preferences through quantitative & qualitative research.

  • Design, conduct, and interpret research results: U&A, concept testing, product testing, brand health, etc.

  • Provide strategic recommendations for marketing, innovation, and brand direction based on data and insights.

Requirement:

  • 2-4 years in consumer research or insights, especially in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • Able to create strong and easy-to-understand presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Critical thinker, detail-oriented, and highly curious.

  • Communicative and able to deliver insights in a compelling & actionable way.

  • Collaborative and experienced in working with Marketing, Brand, and R&D teams.
