Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Maintain and Grow Sea, Air Freight Accounts: Oversee and nurture existing Sea Freight accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Expand Business in Sea, Air Freight: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Air Freight market, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.

  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Full-time position based in Jakarta

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistic, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years in a same field

  • Proven experience in business development within the logistics industry, with a focus on Freight Forwarding

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus
