Business Development Manager
Job Description
Maintain and Grow Sea, Air Freight Accounts: Oversee and nurture existing Sea Freight accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Expand Business in Sea, Air Freight: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Air Freight market, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Full-time position based in Jakarta
Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistic, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in a same field
Proven experience in business development within the logistics industry, with a focus on Freight Forwarding
Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus
