Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing and cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities, expand our client base, and contribute to our overall revenue goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure we provide the best IT solutions and talent acquisition services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in IT consulting and recruitment services. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Work closely with IT consultants and recruitment teams to ensure that the solutions and talent provided meet the clients needs and expectations.
Lead contract negotiations, handle proposals, and manage the end-to-end sales process to secure deals.
Focus on maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering repeat business through excellent service delivery. Look for opportunities to upsell services within existing accounts.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT consulting or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Experience in selling IT consulting services or headhunter solutions (staffing, recruitment, executive search) is highly desirable.
Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
