We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Trainee to join our team in South Jakarta. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client relations, and helping brands grow through innovative advertising solutions. This is an onsite position, offering real-world exposure to digital marketing, client interaction, and cross-border business development—particularly with Mandarin-speaking markets.

• Support the business development team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities

• Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with clients and supply partners, especially those from Chinese-speaking regions

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy

• Help prepare proposals, sales decks, and client pitches

• Attend meetings and assist with follow-ups and internal coordination

• Act as a liaison between Chinese- and English-speaking stakeholders when required

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, ad ops, finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken)

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or advertising technology

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

• Based in or willing to work onsite in South Jakarta

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
