DIGITAL STRATEGIST

Role and Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Develop end-to-end digital strategies tailored to the objectives of corporate clients across owned, earned, and paid media.

  • Conduct audience research, competitive benchmarking, and platform audits to formulate data-driven strategies.

  • Design campaign blueprints that integrate SEO, social media, performance marketing, influencer/KOL engagement, and media planning.

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to translate strategic plans into impactful executions.

  • Advise clients on digital best practices, emerging trends, and content frameworks that align with ESG and corporate communication needs.

  • Oversee digital campaign implementation, monitoring KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment.

  • Deliver strategic reports and recommendations to clients, highlighting insights, opportunities, and optimizations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, BUMN communication protocols, and digital governance.

  • Serve as strategic lead in client meetings, pitching ideas and building digital roadmaps.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in digital strategy roles, especially handling BUMN, mining, energy, or industrial clients.

  • Solid understanding of digital ecosystem (SEO/SEM, paid ads, social, content marketing, analytics, influencer marketing).

  • Experience in building comprehensive digital campaigns that align with corporate or ESG communications.

  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in reading digital performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, particularly in writing for corporate audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous experience working with or consulting for government or state-owned enterprises.

    • Familiarity with regulations and sensitivities around public sector communication.

    • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Hubspot, or other digital marketing platforms.

    • Experience integrating digital strategies with public relations or stakeholder communication.
