Business Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with landowners, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in developing product concepts and strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.

• Develop a comprehensive business plan that outlines short-term and long-term growth strategies

• Conduct market research to find potential new project locations and business opportunities.

• Prepare and review basic feasibility studies to assess the potential of new projects, including cost, location, and market factors.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for land acquisition or partnership projects.

• Create reports and presentations on business opportunities for management.

• Ensure all activities follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Urban Planning, Business Management, or Architecture.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisor or similar role in property/developer/real estate industry.

• Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Familiar with AutoCAD and ArcMap.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Business-minded and result-oriented.
