Chemical Sales Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Sales Supervisor to join our team at PT Multi Kimia Solusindo in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing and managing our chemical sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance feedback

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales plans

  • Preparing sales reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations

Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field discipline. Master degree is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical sales supervisor

  • Strong understanding of the chemical industry, products and market dynamics

  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills also problem solver

  • Ability to use MS office, analyse data, identify trends and make informed business decisions

  • Willing to work under pressure and target, have good attitude, fast learner and fast adapting, high initiative.

  • Willing to be place at Jakarta.
