Assessor Coordinator Assessment Center

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Coordinator Assessment Center to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, scheduling, and coordinating assessment activities and assessor assignments within the Assessment Center.

You will ensure the smooth and efficient execution of assessments while aligning operations with organizational goals. This position also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize resource allocation, uphold quality standards, and support operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree (S2) in Psychology or a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in assessment or talent development roles, preferably in an HR consulting firm or recruitment agency.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret assessment data and provide relevant recommendations.

• Proficient in administering and interpreting various assessment tools and techniques.

• Certified in Assessment Center Assessor is a strong advantage.

• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in South Jakarta.
