- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas of growth.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, logistic) to deliver solutions.
- Attend industry events and represent the company in networking opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market insights.
Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years+) in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Having experience in acquiring and / or establishing connections in the hospitality, entertainment, pharmacies, airlines, distributors or FMCG distribution sectors is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
