Development Manager

RentAAA, a leading rental management company, has been successfully operating in Australia for over 8 years. We are now expanding our operations to overseas markets and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth journey and help lead RentAAAs expansion into new markets.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong IT background and experience in rental management, who can collaborate effectively with our backend development team while working independently to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the rental management sector in the Indonesian market and across Southeast Asia. Develop strategic business plans and establish long-term relationships with key clients.

* Market Expansion: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities. Help lead the companys expansion efforts as RentAAA grows internationally, bringing innovative rental management solutions to new regions.

* Collaboration with Backend Team: Work closely with RentAAAs backend development team to ensure our rental management solutions meet the specific needs of our overseas markets and remain aligned with industry standards.

* Project Management: Lead key rental management projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet client requirements. Oversee the implementation of strategies for market entry and growth.

* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase RentAAAs market penetration and revenue, focusing on rental solutions in the new international markets.

* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on business development progress, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular insights to senior management and propose adjustments to strategies.

* Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that contribute to the companys long-term success.

Requirements:

* Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in rental management.* Strong IT background with an understanding of software products and solutions in the rental industry.* Proven track record in successfully managing projects, driving business growth, and exceeding sales targets.

* Skills & Abilities:* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Ability to work independently and take initiative.* Strong project management and organizational skills.* In-depth understanding of rental management systems and technologies.* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
