Business Management Teacher (Guru Bisnis Manajemen)

• Male or female, maximum age of 40 years.
• A dynamic and proactive educator, preferably with international experience.
• Strong team player is willing to support others.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Economy Education/Management/Business Management with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.00, Masters Degree (S2) is preferable.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, proven with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or a TOEFL score of 500.
• Preferably holds a teaching certification.
• Strong IT skills.
• Willing to participate in IB workshops and apply IB methodologies at SMA Pradita Dirgantara under an Ikatan Dinas agreement.

• Able to create a meaningful, fun, creative, dynamic, and dialogical educational atmosphere and able to understand the talents, interests, and learning needs of students.
• Have a high commitment to improving the quality of education.
• Able to set an example and maintain the good name of the institution, profession, and position in accordance with the school values.
