Business Operations Manager
Manage daily business operations and ensure consistent support to the Sales & Account Management team.
Oversee customer onboarding, account updates, and document compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, official correspondence, and record-keeping.
Compile and analyze data related to sales pipelines, customer compliance, and operational efficiency.
Produce regular reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions and performance monitoring.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
Ensure alignment between operational activities and company objectives.
Coordinate with Corporate Communication on business event planning and execution.
Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials for marketing-related initiatives.
Ensure seamless execution of internal and external events.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data tools).
Experience using CRM systems or contact management platforms.
Familiarity with business documentation, compliance, and invoicing workflows.
Strong track record in business operations, sales support, or customer success roles.
Experience handling project or event coordination is a plus.
Ability to interpret and present operational data clearly and effectively.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities.
