Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) serves various companies with various types of core businesses that are developing and is currently looking for Investor Relation with the qualifications and job details below:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Electrical Engineer, Renewable & Sustainable Energy with reputable Univesrity

• A Masters degree and specialization in Business Management, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Development, or Sustainable Energy is preferred.

• Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the renewable energy or energy sector.

• Experience with renewable energy projects (e.g., solar, wind, hydro, etc.) is highly advantageous.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant asset, especially for liaising with international stakeholders. HSK 3 would be an advantage.

• Solid understanding of government regulations and policies affecting the renewable energy sector in Indonesia.

• Strong network and relationship with key government agencies such as State Electricity Company (PLN) and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) is required for presentations and financial modeling.

• Knowledge and experience in using renewable energy-specific software such as PVsyst, HOMER Pro, and Aurora Solar is a plus.

• Ability to conduct and analyze feasibility studies for renewable energy projects, evaluating financial viability and technical performance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.

• Willing to do business trip

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Batam.

Job Descriptions :

• Assist in Planning and Budgeting for business projects during the initial and operational phases, providing support with data collection and analysis.

• Conduct Market Research to gather relevant data on trends, competitors, and opportunities in support of business strategies.

• Identify Business Opportunities for ongoing projects by conducting preliminary research and compiling findings for management review.

• Support Business Development Plans, preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders based on market research and strategic analysis.

• Maintain Positive Stakeholder Relationships by assisting in communication, addressing routine queries, and supporting follow-up on key actions.

• Assist in Negotiations and re-negotiations with stakeholders, providing supporting data and documentation to management.

• Contribute to Internal Feasibility Studies by gathering and analyzing information on potential land banks or projects as directed by the Companys owner.

• Support Financial Modelling and projections, working closely with senior team members to assist in developing profit margin estimates.

• Track and Report on Project Performance, monitoring key performance indicators and providing regular updates to senior management.
