Call Center Data Entry Staff
Role Description:
We are recruiting a Staff who can commit to shifts work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. A strong proficiency in English is required to ensure effective communication with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting and guiding customers or our clients.
Inputting ride information received from calls, emails and texts.
Ensuring our data is accurate and current.
Skills Needed:
Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
Competency with computers and typing.
Ability to manage time efficiently and make informed decisions.
Flexible working hours
About You: You are dedicated, attentive to details, and possess strong communication skills. You are able to adapt quickly and thrive in a team environment. Previous experience in a call center or in a customer service role would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
NOTE: This is not a remote work and you cannot have a double job.
