Central Procurement Supervisor (Biomedical)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse user/hospital requirements of Medical Equipment and initiate sourcing to related vendors/brands which can match with hospitals enquiry/specification needed.

• Ensure all enquiry of medical equipment can be fulfilled as per the targeted timeline.

• Lead communication between vendors & company throughout the procurement process.

• Conducting tender process for medical equipment procurement.

• Obtain & review competitive bids from vendors, compare & negotiate with vendors to distribute cost savings for the company.

• Communicate with users or subject matter experts (SME) for the technical review/evaluation.

• Ensure all documentations related to tender is available, complete & full approval is granted.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree from reputable universities - Biomedical Engineering (Teknik Elektromedis) with minimum GPA 3.00.

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience as Biomedical Technician / Project / Procurement.

• Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members, clients & suppliers.

• Good understanding of Biomedical Equipment.

• Good literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

• Literacy in English (speaking & writing).

• Experience in Project / Procurement is a plus.

• Placement at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
