About the role

Curio Club is seeking a passionate and dynamic Science Teacher to join our team at our center in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our young scientist students and inspiring them to explore the wonders of science.

What youll be doing

• Designing and delivering engaging science lessons that cater to students individual learning needs and abilities

• Fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to think critically, problem-solve, and develop a deep appreciation for science

• Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies and assessment methods to track student progress

• Collaborating with the wider teaching team to ensure a consistent and well-rounded educational experience

• Participating in extracurricular activities and events to further enrich the students learning experience

• Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in science education

What were looking for

• A bachelors degree, with a strong background in teaching science subjects is preferred

• Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging, student-centred lessons that cater to diverse learning styles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

• A passion for science and a genuine desire to inspire and nurture young minds

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the broader school community
