Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Operational Supervision:The COO is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational functions within the company, ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Strategy Implementation:The COO ensures that the strategies developed by the CEO are effectively implemented across all departments.
Internal Management:The COO focuses on internal management, including resource management, improving efficiency, and solving operational issues.
Decision Making:The COO plays a role in operational decision-making, ensuring that these decisions are aligned with business objectives and company policies.
Communication and Collaboration:The COO is responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information to perform their tasks.
Performance Monitoring:The COO regularly monitors operational performance, identifies areas for improvement, and takes corrective actions as needed.
Project Management:The COO must manage complex business projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the set objectives.
Leadership:The COO provides leadership, management, and vision to ensure the business has effective personnel, operational control, and the appropriate administrative and reporting procedures in place.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, with significant experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries.
Experience in managing and scaling digital businesses, such as e-commerce platforms, online beauty services, or digital beauty products.

Skills:
Strong leadership, with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
In-depth understanding of Cross-Departmental Experience such as production, logistics, human resources, finance, marketing, and sales, is highly required.
Experience in operational budget planning and management.
Technology Skills: Experience in using operational management systems and ERP software.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
