Co Working Staff
Welcoming and Onboarding:
Greet new members, guide them through the space, and help them get settled.
Facilitating Connections:
Encourage interaction and collaboration among members through social events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives.
Addressing Member Needs:
Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Monitoring and Improving:
Track member feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall experience.
Space Management & Operations:
Front Desk Duties:
Handle inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Facility Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the workspace, including ensuring amenities like printers and Wi-Fi are in good working order.
Payment and Invoicing:
Handle invoicing, payments, and membership agreements.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of member information, usage, and other relevant data.
Administrative Tasks:
Support other administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and managing communication.
