Job Description:

• Support the implementation of new color and material innovation projects under the guidance of senior team members.

• Assist in researching new technologies and trends related to color applications and material enhancements

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, prepare samples, and document testing outcomes

• Support the execution of printing trials and help monitor quality during commercialization phases

• Organize and maintain files and records of test results, color trials, and sample submissions

• Assist with communication and follow-ups with suppliers regarding sample deliveries and printing specs.

• Participate in customer feedback sessions by preparing materials and summarizing key insights for the team .

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Korean is an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in color and material development, preferably within the footwear, sports, or manufacturing industry.

• Solid foundational knowledge of color and material development, injection molding processes, plastic materials, and tooling.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, scheduling, and resource management.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-standard outcomes on time and within budget.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
