About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Bekasi.

  • Our client is a Restaurant (Mall/Stand-alone) company. Currently, they are looking for Store Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential tenant development for area (commercial, office, etc.) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Developing a strategic plan to advance store expansion.

  • To do location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion.

  • Market research.

  • Looking at all potential location proposal either by Agents, Landlords.

  • Rental Negotiation.

  • Tenancy Renewal.

  • Submitting reports on customer visits and actions required.

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.

  • Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.

  • Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

  • Identify & report on local market trends & requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelors Degree.

  • At least 10 years of working experience for store development in mall.

  • High Conversational level of English language skill.

  • Maximum 45 years old.

  • Willing to be placed in Bekasi area.

  • Need car and license.
