Commercial Legal Executive

Job Description:

• Creating bilingual draft agreement with customers and to ensure system is in place for recording and monitoring of contractual correspondence.

• Identify and evaluate issues/ risks to protect and optimize the companys position.

• Support company business license update, familiar with OSS and document archiving.

• Support on commercial matters and evaluate the commercial viability of sales contract/ agreement based on the approval level of risk as stipulated in Risk Management Directives and/or any other directives.

• Support on Account Receivable Management to ensure the site management function is managing the receivables effectively.

• Ssupport on Forex Risk Management to minimize the Forex risk exposure.

• Support and consolidate the related commercial management reports.

• Support development & implementation of relevant commercial controls required to address weaknesses in the operation systems of the Company.

Job Requirement:

• Education: law background only with proven experience on above JD

• Able to speak English fluently.

• Having minimum 5 years experience in contract drafting & risk management

• Willing to work in Karawang West Java

• Proficient in office application (Microsoft)
