The Community Growth Assistant (CGA) is a self-driven, proactive, resilient and independent candidate with a strong sense of responsibility for your work. You will assist our Community Growth, VP (CGVP) establish connections and strong relationships with potential members by scheduling meetings and cultivating an effective follow-up pipeline.
Job Description:
- Identify and generate prospective leads from assigned channels and through events (largely virtual). Ensure that the leads have genuine potential, emphasizing the importance of quality of quantity. Tailoring outreach methods and crafting customised responses accordingly.
- Schedule regular Discovery Calls for the CGVP with potential leads. Stay attuned to the teams overall performance, and proactively increase the number of Discovery Calls in order to provide the CGVP with a broader range of opportunities to close deals and essentially meet the monthly team sales target.
- Drive lead engagement by calling proactively and following up diligently, ensuring that every lead is engaged until meetings are secured. Maintain an effective follow-up strategy to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Promptly log all interactions in our CRM system to uphold data consistency and quality.
Monitor daily metrics and provide regular progress reports to track performance.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken at a native level, is essential. Youll be collaborating with global colleagues and leads, strong language skills are a must.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with leads.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to consistently achieve team targets.
- Possess self-discipline to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and data input.
- Ability to multitask effectively to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Maintain an adaptive and flexible mindset, capable of responding to market and business changes and needs.
- Customer-Centric, show a deep commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Must have the capability to work remotely with a strong internet connection.
- Prior experience in telesales or lead generation roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
