- Take charge of day-to-day digital media planning for key accounts, ensuring campaigns are thoughtful, precise, and aligned with client objectives.
- Work closely with clients and media partners to craft bold, creative, and measurable plans; backed by platform knowledge and audience insights.
- Partner with investment, strategy, creative, and ops teams to make sure campaigns launch on time, within scope, and with excellence.
- Build and nurture strong media owner relationships to unlock unique opportunities and drive innovative, market-leading plans.
- Use your understanding of commercial goals, trading priorities, and platform incentives to guide smart investments toward the right partners.
- At least 3 years of digital media planning experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Deep understanding of digital channels (social, programmatic, search, video) and how they work together
- Passionate about using data and insights to power smarter decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills; youre confident owning the room (or Zoom)
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and always looking for a smarter, better way
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment; and still having fun doing it
