Content Creator (Vape Industry Experience Prefered)

Key Responsibilities

1. Short Video Content Creation

   • Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-impact short videos (15-60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.

   • Produce product demo videos, user testimonials, and lifestyle content tailored to Indonesian youth culture. Editing & Post-Production.

2. Editing & Post Production

   • Edit raw footage into polished videos using dynamic transitions, text overlays, and sound effects.

   • Optimize videos for platform-specific algorithms (e.g., aspect ratios, hashtags, captions).

3. Content Strategy & Localization

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign goals and cultural trends (e.g., Ramadan, local festivals).

   • Adapt global content for Indonesian audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

4. Compliance & Analytics

   • Ensure all content complies with Indonesian regulations for vape advertising (e.g., age restrictions, health disclaimers).

   • Track video performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR) and iterate strategies based on data insights.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

   • Partner with influencers, KOLs, and internal teams (product, sales) to generate UGC-style and promotional videos.

Requirements

1. Experience: 2+ years in short video production, preferably in vape industry.

2. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in viral short-form video editing (include links to published work).

3. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

   • Basic motion graphics skills (e.g., After Effects, Canva).

   • Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram trends and analytics tools.

4. Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).

5. Soft Skills: Storytelling ability, cultural awareness, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
