Requirements :

• D3 or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Proven experiences in existing Corporate Sales, preferable in B2B sales

• Preferably have experiences in bringing Commercial Network access for all well-known Vendors who are planning and looking for expansion opportunities for Commercial land/plots in Canggu

• Proficiency in both oral and written English

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and proud to be a part of Solid Winning Commercial team

• Analytical mindset self-driven with a focus on results, combination of strategic thinking, well manner communication and a customer-centric approach, inspire trust and confident in Clients/buyers

• Placement in Canggu Bali

Job Description

• Identifying and contacting potential corporate clients, often through market research, good networking and Lead generation activities

• Cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions

• Understanding the business landscape, market trends and competitor activities

• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentation, Good Proposals and Quotation to potential Clients

• Negotiating terms and conditions of sales contracts, ensuring meet both of company and client requirements

• Managing the entire sales cycle from Lead generation to deal closure, including follow-up, objection handling and final Closings

• Foster excellent customer service and support, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction

• Tracking sales performance, preparing reports and forecasting future sales opportunities

• Working closely with other solid teams, such as marketing, product development, technical and customer success to achieve sales targets
