Corporate Secretary General Manager (Nickel Mining)
The position is very strategic for the Company. It is expected that the candidate can find new business opportunities, such as obtaining new mining concessions for various commodities like nickel, bauxite, coal & other minerals. The candidate can also manage all commercial aspects and the Companys business strategy.
Company expectations for the position:
Explore & analyze mineral business opportunities: IUP bidding, acquisition, joint venture and other related options.
Propose prospective mineral business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with related stakeholders and ministries (ESDM, Industry, etc.) for the Companys business development purposes.
Manage all Companys commercial matters such as mineral commodities sales, tug & barge business, etc.
Requirements:
Max 50 yo
Above ten years of related experiences.
Have strong related connections.
Have strong knowladge in Legal, Financial, and Human Resources
Indonesia geology and mining knowledge.
Financial solid analysis & business strategy.
Fluent in English is a must, and speaking Mandarin is an advantage.
