Recruitment Officer Support - Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and referrals.

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate).

  • Support employer branding efforts, including job ads, events, and social media outreach.

  • Build and maintain internal recruitment database.

  • Support reporting and analysis of recruitment KPIs.

  • Generate dashboards or visual reports to support decision-making for the talent team.
