Cost Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead) and prepare cost reports.
• Accurately input and maintain cost data in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Support inventory management, including stock opname and reconciling discrepancies.
• Aid in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and support audit requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Placement: Semarang office
