Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Campaign Officer to support the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the CRM platform (preferably Salesforce), executing segmented campaigns, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation & Management
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
- Configure and customize CRM functionalities to support marketing and business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across customer records.
- Identify areas for CRM process improvement and automation to support engagement and retention.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting
- Segment customers based on behavioral, demographic, and transaction data.
- Develop and refine segmentation strategies to enable personalized and relevant communications.
- Execute data-driven campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
Campaign Management
- Understand the client’s product, audience, and business objectives to define target segments and campaign opportunities.
- Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (e.g., email, SMS, in-app), working closely with creative and brand teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-informed optimizations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaign execution with broader marketing efforts.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collaborate with the data and analytics team to gain customer insights and support campaign planning.
- Analyze campaign and customer performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce post-campaign performance reports and recommendations for future improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with IT, Data, Customer Service, and Brand teams to ensure seamless CRM integration and effective message delivery.
- Provide input on improving data flow between CRM and other platforms (e.g., call center tools, outbound communication systems).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or data-driven campaign execution.
- Proficiency in SQL is required.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other outbound communication platforms is a strong advantage.
- Experience in call center data integration and campaign management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of CRM strategy, segmentation, and personalization.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
