Sales Executive & Live Music Consultant

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive & Live Music Consultant. The position is a hybrid role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some mobile, non-office work settings. The Sales Executive & Live Music Consultant will be responsible for generating sales, consulting with clients on their music needs for events, managing music team and performances, as well as handling sales operations related to music services. The role also involves coordinating with event industry professionals, such as wedding or event organizers, venues and vendors.

Qualifications

• Having a good taste in music

• Experience and knowledge in the event industry

• Living in Jadetabek area

• Previous involvement in wedding or event organizers is preferred

• Proficiency in project management is preferred

• Experience in engaging with events & private event clients

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment

• High interests in meeting new people and building relations

• Sales experience with a proven track record in the music or events industry is a plus

• People person, warm, friendly, and presentable look is a plus

• Bachelors degree in Music Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

• Ability to be initiative, creative, and collaborative

• Ability to work with target

• Ability to work in a flexible working hour & place settings (not office-like)
