General Affair Staff (Asset Management)
Responsible:
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory of all company assets, including fixed assets, office equipment, and vehicles.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation for traceability and accountability.
Conduct periodic asset audits and reconciliations in alignment with company policy.
Monitor the entire lifecycle of assets—from procurement, utilization, maintenance, transfer, until disposal.
Schedule and monitor regular maintenance of equipment and assets to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.
Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of assets across departments and locations.
Prepare regular reports on asset status, movements, depreciation, and inventory gaps for management review.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Facility teams to align asset management initiatives with business operations.
Kualifikasi:
Bachelors degree in management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general affairs, administrative operations, or asset/inventory management.
Experience in using enterprise systems (SAP or GA software) for asset tracking and reporting is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data consolidation).
Familiarity with asset management systems, barcode/RFID tagging tools, and inventory software.
Knowledge of asset depreciation methods and fixed asset accounting principles is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, especially in identifying inefficiencies in asset utilization.
