Customer Relations Officer
The Customer Relations Officer plays a key role in managing client relationships, improving the customer journey, and optimizing communication through digital platforms. This role also supports influencer partnerships and analyzes customer data to enhance loyalty, satisfaction, and overall clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through personalized communication across online and offline channels.
Monitor and manage client databases (CRM system) to ensure accurate records, appointment history, preferences, and follow-ups.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, satisfaction levels, and retention opportunities.
Create reports from CRM data to support marketing and operational decision-making.
Coordinate customer feedback loops and satisfaction surveys, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly.
Support the development and execution of programs, campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
Manage and engage with customers through messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram DM).
Collaborate with the social media and content teams to ensure communication aligns with customer needs and brand tone.
Coordinate with influencers/KOLs: outreach, scheduling treatments, handling inquiries, and tracking their engagement results.
Work closely with the front office, nurse team, and marketing team to ensure seamless client experience and service consistency.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relations, CRM systems, or client-facing roles (preferably in beauty, healthcare, or hospitality).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience using CRM tools or client databases; able to analyze and report on client trends and behavior.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
Comfortable using digital platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp for customer engagement.
Experience working with influencers or public figures is a plus.
Friendly, service-minded, and passionate about aesthetics and customer experience.
Proficiency in English is required; Korean language ability is a strong plus.
