Receptionist & GA Admin

Job description

  • Responsible for receiving guests, packages, telephones, letters addressed to the Company

  • Checking, sorting and escalating incoming emails to related departments

  • Recording, archiving and reporting guest data, packages, telephones, letters and other work to superiors

  • Arranging and ensuring the availability of meeting rooms in clean and usable conditions

  • Ensuring the work environment area is clean and tidy

  • Assisting the GA Team regarding administration, vendor/goods search and internal Company events

  • Responsible for managing Inventory and office supplies including Stock opname, purchase requests, purchase orders.

  • Carrying out tasks given by superiors related to work

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Have 1-3 years experience as Customer service / receptionist & GA admin

  • Have service excellence skills are mandatory

  • Have good experience as Event organizer & MC

  • Mastering technology, expert in ms. Office especially PPT, Canva / draw.io

  • Humble, friendly, multitasking, creative, energetic and have a can-do attitude
