Job description
Responsible for receiving guests, packages, telephones, letters addressed to the Company
Checking, sorting and escalating incoming emails to related departments
Recording, archiving and reporting guest data, packages, telephones, letters and other work to superiors
Arranging and ensuring the availability of meeting rooms in clean and usable conditions
Ensuring the work environment area is clean and tidy
Assisting the GA Team regarding administration, vendor/goods search and internal Company events
Responsible for managing Inventory and office supplies including Stock opname, purchase requests, purchase orders.
Carrying out tasks given by superiors related to work
Job Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Have 1-3 years experience as Customer service / receptionist & GA admin
Have service excellence skills are mandatory
Have good experience as Event organizer & MC
Mastering technology, expert in ms. Office especially PPT, Canva / draw.io
Humble, friendly, multitasking, creative, energetic and have a can-do attitude
