Support team drives one of our core values ‘Outserve Our Customers and provides support to in-country business units and a wide range of verticals

About the Assignment:

- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products

- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners

- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base

- Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners

- Support projects from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.

The Core Objectives:

- Educate consumers and partners on our products, and promotional campaigns, as well as troubleshoot when they

have difficulties.

- To resolve consumers and partners problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care.

- Perform administrative tasks involving a partners account (credit top-up, changes in partners information, etc.)

Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory):

- Min D3/S1 any major

- Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa

- Have experience in the customer service area

- Have experience in the sales area

- Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%

- Sense Of Empathy

- Has vaccinated 3 dose

-Energetic and agile

-Min. Fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry-level)

-Attention to detail

-Adaptive to dynamic changes

-Able to speak English with minimum passive communication (Prefered)

Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:

Gross Basic Salary : 5.069.708

Meals Allowance (If Any) : 330.000 (base on assignment & Approval AM by KPI)

Transport Allowance (If Full) : 520.000 (base on attendance & Approval AM by KPI)

Attendance Allowance (If Full) : 250.000 (base on attendance & Approval AM by KPI)

Health Insurance : Card with premi 150.000
