Daily Monitor Document and communication both export-import

  • Export :

- Booking space to the shipping until getting Booking Confirmation

- Ensuring Booking Confirmation can be used by customers according to their requests

- Inputting final BL data & request invoice from the shipping company. Also ensure completeness of Shipping Documents

- Monitor the completeness of documents requested by customers

- Control the Operation system so that it is inputted correctly and appropriately

- Assist sales to provide responses and answer inquiries from agents (shipment nominations) about Pick up Instruction and Invoice Instruction

  • Import :

- Booking Space to Agent, overseas handling

- Completing Shipping Document including Form E, VO, LS, SKI POM, ETC.

- Clearance Document Process, also for Pick DO

- Delivery Instruction

- Invoice Instruction

Monthly

- Make shipment team reports and discuss with management and all levels of operations for issues faced.

- Provide periodic improvements and input for the progress of the company.
