The Role As our Customer Support Manager, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of Customer Support Agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer support via email and live chat. You will oversee day-to-day operations, foster team growth, and continually seek improvements in customer service processes.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Indonesia. Applicants must currently reside in Indonesia.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing a team of customer support agents.
  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Proven skills in email and live chat customer support.
  • Experience in the online gaming or gambling industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative mindset focused on improving operational processes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Agents to deliver high-quality support via email and live chat.
  • Oversee team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training and coaching as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Risk, and Fraud teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement process improvements.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Regularly report team performance metrics and customer insights to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience in customer support within the online gaming or gambling industry is highly desirable.
