Deployment Engineer (Banking)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
  • Have >4 years experience as a Programmer in the banking industry.
  • Have experience in implementation of Contact Center applications (e.g., Genesys, Banking Chat (web chat, WhatsApp, etc.), Video Banking, etc.).
  • Have skill on Ms. SQL Server Database, MySQL Database.
  • Have experience in agile project delivery.
  • Fluent in using Jira.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
  • Teamwork player.
  • Live in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer and users to produce software design.
  • Provides implementation and deployment plan.
  • Deploys application to Test, Production & DRC environments.
  • Troubleshoots/debugs system issues.
  • Tunes application.
  • Provides an implementation report.

Job Type: Full-time

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Deployment Engineer: 3 years (Required)
