Alist Distribution sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Data Entry di Lontar, Jawa Timur. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

• Mencari kandidat untuk bekerja pada:
  • Senin: Pagi
  • Selasa: Pagi
  • Rabu: Pagi
  • Kamis: Pagi
  • Jumat: Pagi
  • Sabtu: Pagi
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 - Rp4,000,000 per bulan

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related field

• Proficient in accounting software

• Excellent attention to detail and accurancy

• Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation skills

• Detail-oriented

• Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written

• Company domicile in Surabaya

• Having experience as a data analyst is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - this is a must

Jobdesk :

1. Responsible for managing stock in & out reports

2. Proficient in accounting software, especially QuickBooks and spreadsheets

3. Familiar with eBay, Shopify, and Shippo platforms

4. Process bills and invoices accurately

5. Record accounts payable and receivable

6. Update internal systems with financial data

7. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

8. Track bank deposits and payments

9. Compile, verify accuracy, and prioritize information to prepare data sources for computer entry

10. Review discrepancies and errors in data, correct inconsistencies when possible, and verify output

11. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
