Director of Engineering

On behalf of our client, a global loyalty solutions provider, PT Elabram Systems is looking for a hands-on and visionary engineering leader to join a dynamic team in Jakarta!

What Youll Do:

- Lead & mentor a team of 5-10 engineers

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems

- Collaborate with product managers & stakeholders

- Own tech strategy, innovation, and agile best practices

- Be the go-to technical contact for internal and external partners

Tech Stack:

- Node.js, C#/.NET, SQL

- React, HTML, JavaScript

- Redis, Kafka, Queuing systems

- Agile, CI/CD, TDD

What Were Looking For:

- 8-10 years of experience in software development

- Fluent in English is a must

- Proven track record leading engineering teams

- Strong architectural, coding, and leadership skills

- Fluent in tech & business collaboration

- Experience in cloud technologies and international teams is a plus
