Dog Hotel Branch manager

The Dog Club is Balis most trusted dog daycare and boarding facility. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a highly responsible, hands-on, and dog-loving Branch Manager to lead our Berawa Dog Hotel operations.

Key tasks:

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations & staff

• Ensure dog care, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with HQ on HR, inventory, and reporting

• Support Dog Kitchen operations (based in the same location)

Requirements:

• Experience in team or facility management

• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Passion for dogs and high reliability

• Willing to work weekends and grow with the team
